How can I pay my bill online?
You can register your account to make payments or skip the registration to pay as a guest. Once you have successfully logged in, please choose the “Make Payment” option on your Home page. You have the following payment options online:

• • Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
• • Pre-paid Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
• • e-Check

Will I be charged a processing fee to process payments with First Billing Services?
Yes, the following fees are associated with online payments:

• • Credit/Debit/ Prepaid Cards: 3.99% of overall transaction
• • e-Check: $1.99 per transaction
• • e-Check Auto Payments: $1.00 per transaction

What other online payment features/options do I have using the online portal?
The below payment options are also available using the online portal:

• • Save multiple payment methods for quick and easy processing using the “Account Settings” tab.
• • Schedule Auto Payments using the “Account Settings” tab.

What options do I have for Auto Payments using the online portal?
You are able to fully manage your auto payments by using the online portal. The following auto payment options are available to you:

• • Schedule auto payments to process using either a card or e-check
• • Choose a start date and end date (if required)
• • Choose to have your payments draft a set amount or the balance due(the balance is based on your most recent billing statement and may not reflect payments made since your last bill)
• • Choose to have your payments draft on a set date each month or the due date of your bill
